  • How do I care for my jewelry? 
You can care for your jewelry by storing your piece in the ziploc bag you recieved it in. Leaving your sterling silver jewelry out in the open air and humidity can actually cause it to tarnish, as will leaving it lay out on a dresser or nightstand. Reduce tarnish by lightly cleaning your item with a polishing cloth.Then place it in a ziploc bag, this keeps the sterling silver from tarnishing and appearing dull. Simply seal the bag by pressing the air out.
Follow these directions for all your handmade jewelry. 
  • I've worn my jewelry and it just does not have the same shine it had when I purchased it? 
Yes, there will be normal wear and tear when wearing your jewelry, but you can simply use a polishing cloth to get that sparkle back.
 
Other helpful suggestions
 
Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemical cleaners and soaps. 
Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping or swimming.
It is recommended that you have your handmade jewelry re-strung every six months.
 
 
  • What is the return policy?
I take pride in all my designs. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Pieces that have been worn cannot be exchanged.
 
  • Will you take custom orders?
Whether you are looking for a special color customization for your bridal party, having trouble finding that particular piece of jewelry to compliment your outfit, or can't find that special gift. I can help! It would be my pleasure to fill a custom order. If you have a custom request, please present your idea and I will do my best to satisfy your needs. Please allow 14 days for a customer order. Contact me crystal@charmandjewels.com with your request. Please include name, email, and any comments you may have, feel free to leave a name and telephone number if you would like to speak to me directly. 
  • Can I send a check for payment?

You may complete your payment through PayPal for those who prefer to charge. I will accept personal checks as a form of payment. Checks should be made out to Charm & Jewels. Be sure to inform me by email that you would like to send check or money order. I will forward you the proper address. When your check is recieved and processed your order will be on its way!

  • Are my credit card payments secure?
 
Your credit card purchases are processed through PayPal.com and are completely safe and secure! I do not obtain any of your personal or credit card information from any transactions. You do not have to have an account to use PayPal, however, you may have to register and log into their site, if you haven't already.
 
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 
I currently use USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance as my form of shipping for all orders. I ship on a daily basis, excluding weekends and holidays. Under normal circumstances your order will ship same day. Internationally, I ship via First Class International Mail. Sorry delivery confirmation or insurance are not available for international orders. Depending on your country, your package may arrive anywhere from 1 to several weeks.
